Current Work: Lava

I did say expect an update very soon and here it is. Lava has been added into the game.

This update is very late, sorry for that but I was doing some work on a small windows phone 7 game at the side which is pretty much complete you may see that in the marketplace sometime soon so look forward to it.

Anyway onto MineQuest, lava has just been finished and added to the game as you can see from the screenshots. Currently and for the foreseeable future lava acts just the way the water does. The player can swim in both.

However some things lava has different are it of course damages the players health and will hopefully emit light. These two things aren't implement in the game yet but along with, when lava and water come together they turn into a dirt block are the current 3 things I will be working on.

Also lava destroys torches and chests if it flows over them so keep that in mind before letting it lose.
